Use Current Racks or Pallets
You don’t need to replace your current racks or pallets. An optional center rack can be installed if the loads are heavy or if the pallets used are weak, but is not necessary for strong pallets or standard weight loads. You can use pallets of any material or size, even pallets with non-standard dimensions, and pallets of varying weights and sizes can be used in the same lane. The system is safe to use in cooler or freezer environments and for front case picking.

No Falling, Derailment, or Backing Up
You don’t have to worry about pallets falling, getting derailed, or backing up. The tracks are completely horizontal. There is no incline, which means the material on the pallets will not drift of fall. When you remove the front pallet, all the pallets in the lane move together, so pallets will not derail or block the lane when they are pushed forward.
Easy to Use and Install
The system is easy to use and install. The rails themselves ship fully assembled and can be installed in 10 to 15 minutes per track. Lift operators need only minimal training to use the system safely and effectively.
